My name is Katie, and I am SESTIVA. I believe in what I can offer so much that I am proudly using my name. The core values that guide me are imbedded into the mission of this business: honesty, integrity, respect, ethics, social justice, strength in diversity, and supporting people so they can achieve their full potential. I am authentically myself and only work with people and organizations who align with these values.
I have formal training and a lot of experience: a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership in Management and 15+ combined years working as a Manager, Supervisor, and Executive Assistant in the corporate business environment.
In 2020, I added entrepreneur to the list and launched SESTIVA to create a Virtual Assistance company to bring my knowledge, skills, and experience to help build a better world for all. Since then, I have collaborated with a significant number of small businesses, nonprofits, organizations, and individuals supporting them in overcoming their administrative and managerial challenges.
SESTIVA's goals are simple: your goals are our goals. Your success is our success.
In my free time you can find me hanging out with my family or friends, reading a book, playing logic puzzles, trying out new hobbies, watching documentaries, or working. Because when you love what you do, it doesn’t always feel like work.
