My name is Katie Sesti and I’m the owner of SESTIVA, LLC. It’s been a wild ride the past several years and my gut says it’s time to share my insights with people. What you can expect are the lessons I’ve learned regarding business ownership, being a career-minded woman, being a parent, and coparent with your partner, coming to terms with how to raise small children in this current climate, meeting expectations of others and myself, being an ever constant emotional and strategic sounding board for many, learning how to listen twice as often as speaking, and how to be prepared to help at a moment’s notice.
